In 2017 I met Debbie by chance. I can see now I was Divinely guided. The universe/God knew I was searching and answered in the form of Debbie. What a gift! She started me on my healing journey to self actualization and opened up a whole new world to me. In one session with her she helped me realize things that I have been trying to figure out for years. I never got anywhere with therapists. Debbie goes deeper. The puzzle was almost complete but I needed her help to fit in the last few pieces. Her in person classes and webinar series that I have taken part in have all been so beneficial to me. Meeting Debbie was by complete chance; however, the impact she has had on my life and overall well being has been insurmountable.  I began my journey towards becoming more mindful about a year ago, but when I noticed I hit a plateau I did not know where to turn.  This was when Debbie and I crossed paths; her warm and soulful energy made me believe that she could be the little push I needed in the continuation of my journey – and I was right!  Debbie is beyond knowledgeable about how to mold your way of thinking into something greater and more positive.  Every time I left her studio, I felt euphoric and free – free of the stress and worries that tend to hold me back from living my best life.  I now have a new-found confidence in sharing my positivity and mindfulness with the people I hold closest to my heart as well as my seventh-grade students.
